He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. He was hired to install an over the range microwave and despite an active, busy schedule with other jobs, found time to pop over to install it, which he did quickly because he was knowledgeable about the job. "I found the site over the web and contacted thecompany. From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased."

After the job was completed, they placed my siding back on the house and cleaned up any trash that was left behind.
