"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"When I was advised by my landscaper company that I had loose shingles on my roof, through a referral from a friend, I called Clancy Malone from Atlas Roof & Exteriors. Clancy reviewed my roof and advised me that I have some severe hail and wind damage. Upon notification to my Insurance Company, I was advised that my claim is justified. From that point Clancy advised me that his team could install a Lifetime Dimensional Shingles, that has the longest warranty in its class. The work was completed within 3 days and I cannot be happier with the courtesy and professionalism that Clancy and his crew afforded me. I would use or recommend this fine company to anyone needing professional roofing replacement ! Thank you again, Clancy Malone and The Atlas Roofing & Exteriors Company. Best, Larry R. Cutler"

"Our roof replacement went very well. Shane Matheny was great to work with. He was always on time for our appointments. The price was fair and lower than the other 2 bids I obtained. After I signed the proposal, the work was scheduled and completed within a few weeks. They completed my roof in one day and did a great job cleaning up the job site. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others."

"Very well! Pleased with appearance. The installers were courteous and helpful. They worked very hard and completed work in 2 1/3 days."

"We had our house and garage roof replaced, including new decking on both, and the experience was flawless. The crew was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to every detail. They handled everything perfectly from start to finish, and the final result looks incredible. Our new roof completely transformed the home. Highly recommend Refined Roofing & Siding for anyone needing quality roofing done right."

"We had a massive tree fall & damaged our barn roof...broken rafters & holes in metal roof & skylights. Erb's const. replaced the rafters and replaced the metal roof...with additional skylights!! Fixed it right up at a reasonable cost. Cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend them."

"Home Genius Came out and replaced our roof and gutters. The roof came out great and the crew worked hard for a one day install. The gutters needed a follow up as they started to come off due to heavy winds but they sent someone same day to evaluate and fix it."

"Completely removed and replace roof in one day."

"Erbs was incredible to work with from the very beginning to the finished product. Edwin and Kenny were great to talk to. They are knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and made us feel confident they were the ones for the job. A crew of three men came to tear off old siding and replace. They worked in the freezing cold and did not stop until the job was done. Kenny was there everyday checking on the progress and the workmanship. We are extremely happy with Erb?s professionalism and craftsmanship. So happy, we are having them replace our roof as well."

"This company charged us $39,900 to metal roof our garage, fix a roof someone else started, put up some Smart Board soffit and fascia, and put up 6-inch gutters. It took two months to complete the job. I was given it three different times before it was done. The work took about four days. Gutters are not up yet, but we are painting the soffit and fascia first. They are polite. not happy with the cost or time for completion. They explained the cost as related to going over another crews work. Our contractor had abandoned us, and we were desperate to get it done so we could complete the interior work."
