"Angel and his crew completely re-made our entire backyard. What was previously a mud pit was turned into a beautiful paved patio with a stunning fire pit and seating wall, and brand new sodsurrounded by two types of new fences. In addition they trimmed up our large tree to allow light to the new sod. Angel was very responsive via text (my preferred communication method). He provided me with samples, pictures, ideas, etc throughout the process. His crew arrived early every day that weather permitted (before 9am) and they didn’t stop until 5 or 6pm. They always made sure that they had their things put away each night so as to not leave a mess. He was also very flexible with me as we changed the design mid project. I can’t say enough good things about these guys and the work they did. I will continue to use them for any landscaping project and will refer them to all of my friends. A+++"

"This is the second time we have hired Ventura Bros. Landscaping to help us with our mulch beds and unwanted plant removal. They do a great job, and this time they did it even faster than before. Workers showed up a little before 9:00 AM and they were completely finished around 11:00 AM. Our house has an unnecessary amount of mulch beds, and it always requires an entire trailer full to do the job. They even offered to remove some honeysuckle, which we all know is one most annoying and invasive plants you can have on your property. We will continue to hire them for this type of work in the future and can absolutely recommend you do the same!"

"We are very happy with the work that Steve and his team completed with our landscaping.  Steve has a very good feel for landscape design and did an exceptional job of listening to our ideas and likes and incorporating them into the final design plan.  The quoted cost for all of the work was competitive and Steve took extra steps to show all of the detailed costs to show he was not price gouging us.    Following us approving the design and quote, Steve worked with the Muirfield Association to receive complete approval for the plan without us having to stress about moving to forward for approval.
Steve's team was very hard working and attacked the project from all sides.  The overhaul took less time than quoted and they did a great job of cleaning up once everything was done.  Following the work, Steve walked us around the landscape beds and took time to educate us on how to take care of everything moving forward.
One of the only negative things I can say about Steve and his team is that they need to work on communication.  The team was so active and large that at times the workers made minor mistakes because they were ahead of schedule and they did not know all of the details of the plans.  I pointed this out to Steve  and in all situations and he took time to correct the mistakes and make sure we were happy with the results before the final payment was made.  
I would recommend a TREEmendous Design to everyone needing landscaping help.  While they can improve their communication as a team, Steve has a great mind for design and he has a very hard working team.

"Inconsistent mowing schedule.  We'd call Micah when it was over two weeks since they came and our lawn was way overgrown.  He'd tell us he'd get someone out to mow on a specific day and the crew never showed up.  This happened several times, but they'd get to it eventually.  This season, it started off the same way (inconsistent mowing, overgrown lawn).    The two times we did get our lawn services in 2014, the crew left lawn clippings all over our patio and flower beds (they are supposed to blow that off).   We emailed/called him and said if service didn't improve we would cancel.   We received no emails or returned calls, no apology when we actually cancelled the service.  Poor customer service, the only thing that would show up on time was our bill.  We are much happier with our new lawn service.
