"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

Replaced the whole vent, at my request. Disassembled and thoroughly cleaned out the inside of my dryer and the surrounding area of the basement. I happen to love data. Thomas measured the airflow to the outdoor end of the vent, before and after the whole process — and the airflow increased by 10 times!
