"The person I talked to was very professional and helpful when I had an issue. Unfortunately the quality of the crew that actually cleaned the house was disappointing. The small home was repainted and the carpets cleaned so was looking for someone to deep clean the bathroom, kitchen and laundry area, etc. which I discussed before hiring. For a “move out” cleaning I was surprised they did not dust the ceiling fans. They did however spend time to vacuum the freshly cleaned carpets. It looks like they did spend time on the bathroom and medicine cabinet but missed every drawer in the vanity. They also missed the first and most important drawer in the kitchen (the first one a potential tenant would check when viewing the home). I specifically asked for time to be spent on the faces of the kitchen cabinets because they were especially grimy and it’s clear their first attempt was simply to give them a quick wipe and left it at that. I expressed my disappointment and they returned the next day to try to rectify the kitchen and it’s now passible. Disappointed that I won’t be able to use them again but ya can’t win em all right."

"The two guys called ahead of time to let me know when they'd be at my house.  They were on time, clean cut and very polite.  They spent a great deal of time checking out the areas I needed cleaned, advising me on what stains/wear may not come completely out and what I should expect after everything dries out.  They were thorough with their cleaning, didn't waste time and answered all my questions as they went along.  I got to watch them the whole time they were working and even snapped photos of the dirty and clean side of the carpets.  In the end, they pretty much got everything out of the basement carpet, which is only about 5 years old.  This carpet looked like new!  The older sun room carpet had some wear and stubborn stains return after the carpet dried the next day although the wear and spots certainly were a lot better than before!  They did tell me that newer carpet does come cleaner if it's cleaned on a routine basis and I can see where that is true.  <br /> <br /> One slight complaint: I could've got a better deal price-wise if I had more rooms cleaned.  I had a coupon for "5 rooms for $145" but couldn't use the coupon because I only have 4 areas in my house that actually have carpet (stairs count as an "area")!  Not to mention they calculate an "area" as 300 s.f., which none of my rooms were even close to in size.  I ended up paying almost the same amount for 4 areas that were much smaller than 300 sf!  That was kind of a bummer.  They did however only charge me $20 to clean my cheap area rug (remnant from a big box store).  Stanley Steemer corporate actually wanted to charge me $2/sf to clean my area rug no matter if it was an oriental or cheap remnant.  My rug was only 80 sf and needed cleaned the exact same way as the other carpets in my house.  Go figure. <br /> <br /> The only other thing that somewhat disappointed me was that it took over 24 hours for everything to dry.  Having never had carpets deep cleaned before, I guess I hoped the carpet-cleaning technology was far enough along that their vacuums would suck most of the water out of the carpet.  <br /> <br /> Overall, it was a good job and I would certainly hire these guys again! "
