Every part of our kitchen construction, flooring installation, painting, and bathroom installation was handled with professional knowledge and attention to detail. We worked with Rob to plan our kitchen layout and shop for flooring and countertops. He helped us choose a better product for our flooring and was able to make it work in our budget. He also helped us find the perfect granite countertop and tile backsplash to tie everything together. Our project covered the entire first floor of our house so we had a timeline of about 2 months worth of work. We were very happy to have the same crew work through the whole project. I am a stay at home mom with three kids, one being two years old. So we were in the house a lot during the construction. Our crew, Mike, Tim, Larry and our Renovation Specialist Rob worked with us to create exactly what we wanted. We were very happy that we knew who was coming each day and that we wouldn't be having different workers coming and going. The guys all communicated well with eachother and they spent time with me at the end of each day to review the work they did and the plan for the next day. If there was a problem with the material that was being installed I was alerted right away and our project manager made arrangements to have it replaced. We added some work to our original project because they earned our trust through the quality of their work. We knew that everything would be done to our specifications and with their professional experience. We expected the work to be done to perfection but we were still surprised a few times by the detail of the finish work. The trim around our kitchen island, the flow of the flooring from one room to the next, the baseboards throughout, the tile work, and the exact straight lines of the painted walls was exceptional. It was even better than how we pictured it would look! We started our project by looking for a construction company that would deliver on the promises they make about the quality of their work. We will work with Ohio Home Improvement every time because they back what they say they will do with their quality work"
