"Kurt was easy to reach via email or telephone. Apprised us of his approach to stripping our deck of its horrible paint coating and was upfront of the general cost during his first visit. He did need to be reminded to provide a specific contract upfront. "It went very well. The estimate was very close to what they said it would be. The guys were there on time and were very communicative. They explained what was going on. Also, the office was good. Someone came to do an estimate, I got it my email, I accepted and then someone called to schedule a time, and then I got a reminder email before the date. As long as their prices are competitive I will keep going to JW. I should also mention that when the guy came to do the estimate my fence literally just fell over. He helped me put it back up, without charging. It is overall a good team."

"I believe that it's a small company and one of the co owner called me and set up an appointment to inspect my roof and give me an estimate for the project. Their estimate was inline with the insurance company estimate for repair project. They answered all my questions and gave me options on the repair.
