Every single member of that team (Megan, JR, and Brian) were always available and courteous. In addition to courteous interactions, the work on my house was flawless. I am so happy with the new roof, shutters, & siding. Everyone in my neighborhood could tell during installation that this company was professional & once the work was completed many of my neighbors said I have the nicest house in the neighborhood. After installation another company damaged my newly installed siding. Unicorp responded immediately and the repairs were made - again hassle-fee. "Absolutely fantastic!  Home Matters Remodel is most exceptional.  They are a very professional and serious company (most definitely not cowboys! Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
IAfter they were gone, I couldn't a single thing left behind, except for the excellent work they did.  
The labor and time everyone at Home Matters Remodel invested was well worth every penny I spent!

We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."
