"Russ was responsive, consultative, and knowledgeable in the process of refinishing our wood floors. He also went out of his way to make sure our schedules aligned to ensure floors had enough time to dry, which is not easy given a busy family of 4. Thank you Russ!"

"Very helpful and knowledgeable about many types of flooring."

"They have been my flooring for over 20 years and 3 houses. Very prompt, professional, and skilled installers. Their prices are always very competitive. Cannot say enough about them. Chuck Sauder"

"Adequate sweep for rates charged. I can respect the game of upselling additional services/upgrades, but I questioned the necessity ($1K for replacing all the wood stove chimney pipes). At the end of it all, I hired another contractor for a second opinion- who addressed piping issues for minimal cost (basically the price of a sweep)."

"Julio and his team sanded and refinished about 2,000 sf. of 100-year-old hardwood in our home, as well as adding new flooring to match the old where we had made some changes to the structure. This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. I wish every contractor was this professional!"

"I have a rental property that desperately needed a hardwood floor facelift. Sam sanded and refinished the second floor and buffed the first floor. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy! I'm very happy with the outcome and quick turnaround."

"These guys did wonders to my condo, they made it look so neat and modern. It is always a joy to come to such a beautiful place after a long day at work. First I had smoke damage in 90% of the living room area and the skilled workers they are took care of it and it is no longer there. They recommended the best paint for me and helped me with the colors. They refinished my cabinets in the kitchen and master bedroom and it looks AMAZING. It is so shiny with a luxury look to it. I am really thankful to these guys for making my place look so beautiful, I love it."

"We purchased this home on a Friday and decided earlier that week that the hardwood floors needed to be refinished before we moved in the following week. Allen stepped up and offered to do the job over the weekend. The house is nearly 100 years old and it looked like a previous owner tried to refinish the floors themselves and it showed. The rooms also have baseboard heat so it made the job a little more tricky. Allen was hoping that he'd be able to get a smooth finish and in the end, the floor looked 1000% better. Allen truly did appear to love his job and in today's society, how many contractors would give up their weekend."

"Chris called me to set an appointment. We met and he is very professional. He answered my concerns about my floor. He messured and gave me a written estimate later that afternoon. We agreed to a date that we both could start the hardwood flooring. the work has been completed and he id a great job, he completed in 3 days. Very clean."

"Ron exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and very passionate about the work he does. His price was fair and he completed the work in the time he said that he would. Through each step of the process, he made sure that I knew what was going on and made sure that I was satisfied with how the project was looking. He refinished the floors in my 60 year old house and they look incredible."
