"If I could I'd give them no stars. Less than 3 months ago I arranged for them to install a new igniter for my oven. They charged me almost $300 for this $20 igniter. When it failed I called for a replacement under warranty. I was told the warranty was not for 3 months but was, because of sudden new rules, was only for 2 months. They then wanted to charge me another $300 to replace it. I told them it should be under warranty, but I was willing to pay $100. They of course, never called me back. When I got another service to replace the unit, for $200, I was shown that the unit Good Old Appliance Service used was a cheap Amazon igniter that was not recommend by my manufacturer. Avoid these cheating scammers like the plague."
