It may very have been ten years ago and this is 2020 or longer. I was in a different Brooklyn neighborhood when it began. I have felt highly privileged to have a "home tech guy" service my home computers. Jason has done all my service needs for computers; advised me on the purchase of a new computer as well as an accompanying printer; laptop, external hard drive even installed all that I mentioned above. He's installed Microsoft Office software onto my computer(s). He's done so many things I'm probably not remembering them all; he's personable, genuine, just a good person. I have also referred him to several people over the years. What can I say...he's just great!!"

They did a complete overhaul of my Wi-Fi system and AV system, which involved, among other things, creating a Wi-Fi network with a central brain, replacing and installing multiple large screen TVs, upgrading my sound system, and installing multiple Sonos sound bars, Logitech remotes, Apple TV devices and other equipment throughout my 6.300 sq. foot home. From a technology and AV perspective, Kamcrest has basically upgraded my home from 2010 to the current date and positioned me to continue to keep up with new technological developments. "LOVO promptly responded to my home to evaluate when my alarm system could be repaired at no cost. When we decided to replace the panel and keypad, we received a price quote within a day. We were given a tentative installation appointment pending receipt of our deposit and the two men reported at the appointed time. They worked diligently to retrofit the new panel and keypad to our existing wiring/motion detectors etc. When issues arose, they clearly communicated our options and proceeded accordingly. The men were extremely patient and did a fine job. We promptly received an invoice for the agreed upon price and a detailed email with all essential information regarding our system and the monitoring company."
