(Repair issue was the mousepad "clicker" was sticking. Also asked that since computer would be opened up for him to put an additional RAM/memory chip in to speed it up. Again, the computer was repaired and back to me the NEXT DAY! Astounding. Finally, he has a great attitude: He listened to what you say and ask and answers in clear English. None of the condescension sometimes shown at other computer repair shops. He gave outstanding service and also great communication. Oh, did I mention he had great prices too. I will use him again and recommend him to friends and clients. He gets a 12 on a scale of 1 to 5."
