"Brett is very experienced in all types of computer installs and repairs. I received my computer back the NEXT DAY.... that is unheard of in computer repair. (Repair issue was the mousepad "clicker" was sticking. Also asked that since computer would be opened up for him to put an additional RAM/memory chip in to speed it up. Again, the computer was repaired and back to me the NEXT DAY! Astounding. Finally, he has a great attitude: He listened to what you say and ask and answers in clear English. None of the condescension sometimes shown at other computer repair shops. He gave outstanding service and also great communication. Oh, did I mention he had great prices too. I will use him again and recommend him to friends and clients. He gets a 12 on a scale of 1 to 5."

"I hired them to remove an old light fixture, install a ceiling fan rated box in the ceiling, assemble the ceiling fan/light fixture, and install it. The process was quick, efficient, and flawless. Brian and Billy do fantastic work. While the job was quoted as time and materials, the actual fee came in exactly where they estimated. They did a great job of cleaning up any mess as well. I just found my new electricians. I will most definitely hire them again for any electrical work in home."

"Dylan and Cody installed a new 200amp panel in my barn for me. They installed 26 new outlets 6 light switched and also installed 10 new high bay lights. Very professional and they were on time and on budget. Will be recommending them to all my friends, family and neighbors."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My husband & I own a small business and I needed help with something on my lap top which I use for all our work. I didn't have a virus but needed what I guess would be a repair. I called and spoke with Bob who suggested I make an appointment as my issue could take some time. I called back a few days later & made the appointment. He called at exactly the agreed time. I'm familiar with having a company/person take over my computer which he did and then I went back to work while he did his work. He did need to call me several times about certain things but I basically did my work--but I admit I also watched at different times as he worked. It turned out what I needed took much longer than what he thought - he also told me that my old (about 10 years) lap top would be like it was when it was brand new! Not only was that accomplished he went way beyond fixing the original issue which was hard drive space (or lack of). He was very helpful with any questions and explained things in a way I could understand! Because it took so much longer I offered to pay more money but he would not accept any additional payment. I will be getting a new PC in a few months and I will definitely be contacting him to set some things up, walk me through some other things & handle some installations. It's SO nice to have someone trustworthy because let's face they can have access to everything on your computer. Don't hesitate to contact this company - my only few pieces of advise - have all the information you can gather about your PC/laptop - age - kind etc, a clear or as best as possible description of your issue, schedule extra time as it can take longer & if you 'watch" and see things you don't understand - don't panic - they will get things done as promised & most likely better!"

"After My Computer Buddy helped me get my computer ready, he logged in and worked non stop to clear out the viruses and malware and then installed some free software to protect my system.

He did an excellent job and was very punctual and efficient. He worked over an hour and then double checked with me to make sure I was satisfied.

Exceptional customer service!"

"The service worked out well. I asked him for something that I thought was an emergency, but it wasn't an emergency. I had called them out to rescue a computer which water had spilled on, and it turned out that by the time he got here, the water had dried up, and we didn't need anything. He was helpful, and he stayed extra time, he looked at all the other computers, and he gave me some good advise about virus and adware removal on the other computer. I thought he would come for a rescue service, and I thought the $79 was just for an initial visit, and there would be extra for other services. The price was excellent."
