He helped me pick out a new computer (I'm a die hard Dell girl!) and came out and installed it since I was totally unfamiliar with windows 10. He was very professional and courteous throughout everything, even teaching me how to navigate windows 10 which I found out was not as intimidating as I thought it would be. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"This was my best service experience in any industry in my recent memory.
The DC (or charging) jack on my wife's laptop was broken and the laptop would not take a charge.  I suspect that this is a part that not many people know can be repaired.  Many people have probably replaced their entire laptop when a $100 repair is all that is needed.
I contacted MR Computer and was able to drop off the laptop the same day.  At the time of drop off, he was not sure if he had the necessary part in stock.  If not, he would need to order it.  If that were the case, it would be approx 3 business days for it to be ready.  A turn around time that I was quite happy with.
Approximately 3 hours later he contacted me to tell me that the laptop was ready for pickup!
I'm very pleased with the cost.  Total cost was just $15 more than it would have cost to ship the laptop to one of the manufacturer's "authorized repair centers" and that would have just been for shipping.  I'd imagine that they would have charged just as much, if not more, for the repair itself.  Additionally, turn around time would have been weeks instead of hours.
He is located downtown, but his shop was very easy to find (especially if you have a GPS) and there is parking right at his front door.
I couldn't be more pleased with MR Computer and my wife thinks that I'm a hero.

"Wow!! I highly recommend All American Solutions to help you with any computer issues you may have! Bob promptly contacted me after I put the word out that I needed help. He clearly stated the services that he provides. There is one charge no matter how long it takes to service the computer. In my case the issues were many and somewhat involved so there was no quick fix. There were lots of malware floating everywhere -- in the browser and the computer and lots of registry issues. I would guess that he spent at least several hours in total on my computer. Everything works like it's new now.
