When I clicked on any item on the computer, be it in email or whatever, a pop-up appeared related to word processing. As it turned out, both sides of the mouse were being triggered at the same time. This was fixed by shutting off the left side permanently, and my frustration was abolished. It is a case of look at what the client is trying to tell you, and you will get the correct answer in a wink of an eye."

"Overall pleased with the work to add Cat6 wiring to my condo. CK had to deal with some unexpected challenges trying to route cable through the walls so had to pivot and do almost all runs inside raceways. CK was super patient, flexible, and creative with the changes! Ended up needing to order extra & larger raceway and make additional trips to finish the job but had everything operational in first trip. The overall cost increase was reasonable. The only very minor drawback was the dust & raceway cutting. I would have preferred to move things out of closets to prevent getting drywall dust on them for the few holes that were drilled vs. having to clean up after. The plastic shards from cutting the raceway is a bit difficult to vacuum out of thicker carpeting. I would still highly recommend CK Networks!"
