"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with."

We had carpets in three rooms that caused issues due to my baby girlâ s dust allergy. While we were out of town, Rati transformed our space by replacing the carpets. He treated our home with great care and demonstrated impressive skills throughout the process. We are very grateful for his exceptional work and will definitely seek his help for future projects!"

"Elson did a great job! He was efficient, detail oriented, and truly listened to what we wanted. We had other pros attempt to push us into far more work than we wanted, but Elson understood what we wanted and delivered. I truly appreciate it how he remained under budget. I also appreciated His general, kind demeanor, his promptness and responsiveness. We will definitely use Elson again in the future."
