"First of all, Charlie and his wife worked within my schedule to get it done the night before Thanksgiving. I'm very thankful for that. He phoned me several days leading up to the install date to make sure we had all the equipment delivered. They arrived on time, took great care with the TV, double and triple checked to make sure it was going exactly where I wanted it to, and installed it perfectly. They also re-ran the cable wire from my cable box in the basement directly to the tv. Finally they set up all the remotes and programmed the TV, and made sure I understood how everything works. All in all, an excellent transaction and I would happily use them again."
