"Encompass did a fabulous job on our house!! I'm so thankful that we selected them as our contractor and will definitely ask them to come back for other projects as we are able to tackle them. Jamie's quote was competitive and included everything needed for the project. There were no last minute additions or changes on his end. We kept adding small things to the project, and Jamie was quick with quotes for those changes and never had any issues with our questions or additions. Jose and Nabor were on the job every day doing demo work and the installation :) They do quality work and definitely know what they are doing. My husband works nights so is sleeping during the day which is not ideal with a house under construction! But the guys were wonderful with making sure we knew which areas of the house they would work on next so my husband could sleep in different rooms to avoid most of the noise. The Encompass team is wonderful to work with, and we enjoyed getting to know each of them during the job. We feel like we added three family members and definitely look forward to our next project with Encompass Contracting!!"

"Very professional. Call me old fashion, but I am looking for a professional who shows up, with a card, equipment ready to measure and know the amount of time and work it will take to get a job done. He showed up with tape measure, pad with business name on it and ready to give me a bid. I had others who came to the door while talking on the phone, no measure tape to know the dimensions, and sloppy dressed. He is ready and willing to work. Talked with us daily to give us an update or show/give suggestions. Will hire again."

He installed crown moldings and picture frames in the foyer, crown moldings in upstairs hallway, media room and masterâ s bedroom and a coffered ceiling in the family room. He is very caring, punctual, professional and delivers an excellent service with a smile. He removes all furniture and pictures from the work area and covers them. He covers the floors to protect them from any dust or paint. They work very neatly and clean, pays attention to detail and is very meticulous. All furniture are put back in place when the work is complete. He shares his ideas and make recommendations for design and choice of material to get best results for my project. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"The work performed by Donnie and his team was great. My siding was cracking and falling down due to poor materials and bad installation done by the builder. I love the paint they used to finish the job. I have the best looking house in the subdivision. Donnie also fixed my electrical problems, a plumbing problem I had been having, and rehung my entrance way chandelier. These are all problems created by a not so good builder. I definitely recommend DJ Handyman to fix any problems you have with your home."

"Kyle was hired to pressure wash my porch and deck to blow off old loose and chipping paint, paint both the deck and porch, and replace some stained ceiling tiles in the basement. This young man gave us a great quote and we added on pressure washing the entire house. Additionally, we had asked him to re-caulk around our palladium window and to snap a bottom row of siding back on that had come loose from the house. Kyle was extremely polite and professional. He called when he was going to run late and kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. His crew was also very professional. They got straight to work as soon as they arrived and cleaned up before leaving. Additionally, my husband and I were trying to move a heavy entertainment center to our truck to take to Goodwill. Kyle happened to walk up and said, "Ya'll need some help?" He and his crew took that entertainment center out of our house and put it into our truck without hesitation. I would say that is over and above customer service!! The outside of our home is so nice. It "pops" from the street as our new siding looks as good as it did on the first day!! The ceiling tiles look great. I would not hesitate for a minute to call on Kyle Carr and his crew again if I need any work within his realm of experience and expertise in the future. Kyle aims to please the customers he serves."
