"A little late on my review. First issue is a salesman that has no idea weather the foam injection is an open cell or closed cell. After 2 years of a portion of the foam that was shot under the exterior undermined concrete was destroyed. Oil base foam was used for no UV breakdown like the technician said I needed to do when I asked. Even with no sunlight the foam absorbed moisture, Now after thousands of dollars spent on leveling with open cell foam it was only a treatment of the symptom and not a cure. So far the undeveloped concrete is now heading back to where it was. Not to mention the stabilize part of the bill of goods does not happen when there are still areas the vibration from an air compressor running. The actual cause of the unlevel concrete is no compaction of the ground and the lazy man saw cut expansion joint just like I thought! But do not tell a salesman any common sense reason."

They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. "We hired The American Dream Team to install 2,200 sq ft of sod and remove a tree. Despite several scheduling delays (they started on April 26 instead of the 24th and wrapped up May 1), their communication was prompt and professional although there were issues with them arriving several hours after the expected time. They negotiated price and scope transparently, showed expertise in prep and installation, and delivered a very nice final result. The sod is still settling, but we’re optimistic. Overall, four stars for quality work and great communication, despite some significant timeline hiccups."

"Left crawl space a mess, vapor barrier was not pulled against foundation, left trash in crawl space, knock dryer vent loose didn't reconnect. I'm an older guy so I trusted them, never do that again, over sold me on what I needed, crawl space had minimal signs of water seepage sold me 2 pumps when one was sufficient. Text sales person on 4/23 with issues haven't heard a word."

Two of the other companies were cheaper but proposed to use synthetic foam materials, which don't have a long enough track record for my comfort. Once the job started, the crews worked with great diligence, and despite the numerous difficulties they encountered, I never heard a single complaint. Total work time was 14 days over a three-week period that include Independence Day. Total cost was about $40k"
