Getting permits was slow and inspections added time to finishing the project. In my opinion, letting a client know at least a day ahead when someone was coming to do work on the project would be nice for the client for planning their day. The room looks nice. "This was the craziest and more horrible service I have ever encountered. We put in an order in the middle of December 2019. Before you start thinking "Covid"; this carpet was to be installed in 4-6 weeks. Putting us at end of January. No communication, excuses and broken promises is all that has happened over the last 6 1/2 months. Still not finished and installed! Then they have the audacity to send me an invoice of how much I still owe (on the part that they have not finished). I am done with them. We don't even want the carpet anymore. The amount of time and energy have spent on this for over half a year is ridiculous. I urge everyone to stay away from Eddy's Flooring!! Save your precious time, money and energy!"
