Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed.
