"My wife was in uproar as the leg broke on our Bernhardt Sofa on a Friday night. We had guests scheduled to stay with us the next week. I called on Dunwoody Upholster on Saturday Morning and to my surprise they picked up the sofa the same day, Saturday night, and returned it on Tuesday Night. They not only replaced the broken leg, but added two more for stability and a stabilizing wood support bar. It was better than we bought it.
