"Scott was very professional & knowledgeable about the fabrics. I have 2 dogs & they had scratched up a leather chair; so I wanted it reupholstered. Scott helped me pick out a durable fabric. He also picked up & delivered the chair when done. Scott had material left over & made a small "cover" to help protect the chair from the dogs. He is even so kind-hearted that he donated the fabric he took off, to a local dog shelter, so they can reuse it for whatever they need. Scott did a fantastic job!"

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Greystone Interiors was a pleasure to work with from day one.  Pat came out to meet us to give us an estimate.  She was prompt and courteous.  We decided to work with Greystone because of their responsiveness and the fact that they help you as much as you need in the design and decision making process.  We had met with other contractors before that basically just tell you to go to the store and pick out what you want without any help or guidance.

We met with Pat at their showroom to select the cabinets and she met us at other stores before construction began to select the granite, backsplash, etc.  She was very helpful by guiding without being pushy about her opinions.

When the work began, the other owner Dale was on-site everyday of the construction until the job was almost completed.  All of the workers that came were courteous and trust-worthy and very respectful of our living space.  We were amazed at how quickly the job was progressing along the way.  We also were amazed at how well they cleaned up everyday after the day's work was completed.

At the end of the project, there were just a couple of small things that we asked to be touched up/repaired and they came promptly without question to complete the tasks. 

We love how beautifully the kitchen turned out and we are super happy with the overall experience, which you don't often hear when people are doing a kitchen remodel.

We definitely would call on Greystone again for any future home remodeling needs and we definitely would recommend them to our friends and family.

For that, I got poor ceiling texturing, doors that didn't get skimmed as requested in the quote and generally low quality of work. Ceiling cracked and fell 3 times before they got it right. Beware of using this contractor."
