From beginning to the very last minute he was superb - the BEST contractor we have ever worked with for any job EVER! He is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, personable and accountable. It took us 4 days to decide on a custom floor stain and after several samples and resanding, Felipe recommend something that was EXACTLY what we wanted - it was like he read our minds! He was patient throughout and never made us feel rushed- our satisfaction was his ultimate concern. "We had requested Carlos to give an estimate for refinishing the hardwood floors. As it turns out the floors were engineered floors and therefore couldn't refinish the floors. Instead, we hired Carlos as his team to install LVT floors. His team (and family) did an amazing job getting the floors installed in our main floor of the townhouse. They prepped the floors, removed the baseboard trims, laid the flooring all throughout the living, kitchen, and powder room in half a day. They also removed the toilet pot and installed a new ring before installing it back. In addition, they sanded down and stained the stairs as they were wood steps with a darker shade to match the LVT floors we installed. Overall, Carlos and his team were responsive, got the job done in a timely manner, were professional, and had experience in refinishing and installing the new floors. I would highly recommend him for this type of work."

"Bel Floors just completed refinishing all the hardwood floors in my house - about 1800 sq ft. They are engineered hardwood and were quite worn, coming up a number of places and gaps between the ends of many of the boards. They glued down the pieces that had popped, filled all the gaps and after refinishing, the floors look incredible. Eddie is very knowledgeable about the engineered floors and about refinishing. Great on communication each day so I knew what was happening, and where things stood in the project. Everything went smoothly and I'm very pleased with the results."

"Quality Work for Great Price From the quoting process all the way to the last day. Ricky and his team were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I moved into an older home that dated yellow color hardwood floors and some areas where it seemed there was debris embedded into the poly coating. I received a few estimates. When Ricky came to provide an estimate he was able to give me numbers on the spot and followed up with a written copy the next business day. On that day I knew that he knew what he was doing! And, he was also flexible to give me an itemized quote so that I could decide what work I wanted to consider. At the end of the day, we decided to refinish our main floor and replace some areas in the kitchen and 1 board in the living room that had filler and/or gaps. When George and the crew showed up to do the work, they were punctual, friendly, and did a superior job. When the team went to replace the kitchen floorboards I expected them to replace only what was exposed. But, they went above and beyond by removing the whole fridge and replacing ALL the boards under the fridge. Also, I couldn't be happier with the stain color! They really listened to the color I wanted and the color mix samples they showed me came out beyond perfect! Beyond the quality work that Ricky, George and their team provided, they were by far the most reasonable in cost for the work that was provided. "The work I had was to replace the wooden floor for the kitchen,dining,living and sun rooms plus the pantry,powder room and the passage leading from the front door,due to a leaking pipe.For quality of the job done, I would give the company 10 out of 5 if that was possible. They were quick to make contact with us through Home Advisor and provided an estimate within a few days. I actually got four other estimates and they were the most competitive. The important thing to me was the measurements they provided. The square feet for the area to be repaired with engineered wood, was the least of all the estimates. Area measured by Kairos was approximately 850 sq ft. All the others were 1000-1100 square feet!!! I knew he was the closest to what was required. At the end of the project, only five lengths of wood was remaining. Amazing. That told me a lot about his honesty and right away I hired him. That’s another 10 out of 5!!!! Douglas the owner is a charming person and knows his job really well. I unequivocally recommend him very highly. A job well done."
