He offered solutions and was very conscientious of our budget and timing. The hardwood floor installation personnel were on time, cleaned up, did amazing demo work without damaging walls and/or vanities. The carpet installation personnel were also amazing! I could not recommend Chris and this company more. I wish I had found them years ago!"

We had all of our flooring redone, plus a full remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom and wow. It honestly feels like we’re living in a brand new house. "Pro Flooring did an excellent job. Project: Removal of carpet from living room, dining room, bedroom, bedroom closet and replace with engineered hardwood floor. Approx area is 500 square feet. Cesar was very responsive. I visited his office/showroom to discuss the project and also to choose the flooring. Even though I had done my research Cesar was very helpful in pointing out the pros and cons of floating vs other types. The crew that did the installation did an excellent job starting early morning and finishing about 6 PM. I would have no hesitation in using Pro Flooring on future projects. I thought the installation costs were reasonable and in line with my research. Of course the material costs will depend on the flooring the buyer chooses.."

"While the work New Image Flooring initially did seemed great, we quickly found a couple of problems with it. Namely, the washer they installed does not work: it leaks water all over our floor (actually damaged our new floor) and we are going to incur the additional expense of a plumber to fix it. New Image refuses to fix it, saying that they just installed the washer, and basically that they didn't guarantee it would work. This strikes me as a strange idea: that they would charge us to install something but not guarantee it would work. We will not work with them again, and do not recommend them. We are very disappointed."

"They were extremely professional I noticed when they took up the padding there was a lot of dust and they clean it up before installing. They were on time and did an excellent job. I went with the better grade oh carpet. It was worth it. They prices are definitely reasonable. I priced around. Thanks magic carpet!!!"

"Tim tiled my basement floors with slate tile in December 2022. He had to first remove tile that was installed incorrectly, which made the demo process more complicated. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He even paused work to recommend a darker grout color from what I had chosen. His attention to detail led to a great outcome, and I have recommended him to friends and family."
