"From the initial call to Chris at Concept Flooring to the completed job, things could not have gone better. Chris was very responsive and came out immediately. He offered solutions and was very conscientious of our budget and timing. The hardwood floor installation personnel were on time, cleaned up, did amazing demo work without damaging walls and/or vanities. The carpet installation personnel were also amazing! I could not recommend Chris and this company more. I wish I had found them years ago!"

"I can’t say enough good things about Apex Flooring and Remodeling. They truly went above and beyond for our home. We had all of our flooring redone, plus a full remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom and wow. It honestly feels like we’re living in a brand new house. The floors completely changed the feel of our space, and the kitchen is now beautiful, open, and so much more functional for our family. But the master bathroom… it looks like something out of a luxury hotel. Every time I walk in, I’m still impressed. The finishes, the tile work, the details — everything was done with so much care. The team was professional but also easy to talk to. They kept us updated, answered all our questions, and made the whole process way less stressful than we expected. You can tell they take pride in their work. If you’re thinking about remodeling, I highly recommend Apex Flooring and Remodeling. We’re so happy we chose them."

"Profloors123 was great to work with and I'll summarize why 1) Great first impression - Caesar came to my home, gave me an estimate answered my questions and was ready to work. He didn't try to upsell me or talk my ear off about his greatness. He wanted to know what I wanted and told me what he could to do best accomplish the job. He left me with samples and said let him know when I was ready. Prices were in-line with other vendors. 2) Excellent communication skills. My estimates came over clearly marked, easy to understand and clear break down. I knew what was going to happen next and when. I had to move the install date a few times and there were materials that were ordered. Communication was in sync and flowed over multiple channels easily. 3) Excellent quality of work and materials. The materails I wanted are the actual materials, no bait and switch, no excuses. The installer was very skilled, said he's been doing it for more than 10+ years and it shows. The fibers were laid in the same direction so the color of the carpet looks the same when the light hits it. Stairs had the edge ribboned. No high/low spots and the carpet was stretched well, no tack marks. The guys worked very hard, I even offered to get them lunch; they refused and kept working. Cleaned up very good too. That is my 123. I hope not to need carpet again but if I do I'll be looking for this company to do the work."

"While the work New Image Flooring initially did seemed great, we quickly found a couple of problems with it. Namely, the washer they installed does not work: it leaks water all over our floor (actually damaged our new floor) and we are going to incur the additional expense of a plumber to fix it. New Image refuses to fix it, saying that they just installed the washer, and basically that they didn't guarantee it would work. This strikes me as a strange idea: that they would charge us to install something but not guarantee it would work. We will not work with them again, and do not recommend them. We are very disappointed."

"They were extremely professional I noticed when they took up the padding there was a lot of dust and they clean it up before installing. They were on time and did an excellent job. I went with the better grade oh carpet. It was worth it. They prices are definitely reasonable. I priced around. Thanks magic carpet!!!"

"Vanderly is a wonderful installer! He’s courteous while in your home, and cleans up after himself and the crew. On time and great with communicating with any questions or concerns. They get the job done in a timely manner, and does fantastic work. I would highly recommend JVP Flooring to install your floors!"

"It went well. Floors look great!"

"Fabulous! Hank and his team are incredible! I am a real estate agent. Both myself, my partners, and probably 50% of our clients have used Hank's services. Everyone is always extremely satisfied by their professional service, the end product, and their reasonable pricing. The hardwood refinishing they do is gorgeous, their flooring installations are perfect, and they can remove carpet stains that I thought would be impossible to remove! They make it easy for me to keep recommending them!"

"I love how the floor looks. Very professional, I recommend R&K Flooring."

"Very polite gentlemen that completed the repair"
