"We have one of the high end LG washers, which began failing a few months after the 1 year warranty expired. We contacted Duncan to come to see what the issue was, and the repair person, Paul, determined that the gear case and water pump were failing. As this was one of the newer units, it required some research on their end, the owner Steve contacted us to advise that special tools, and extra special care would be required to make the fix. He also advised that this could cost in the $700 or more cost range. In the end, we decided it was best to not try to repair the unit, and I ended up buying a new one. I appreciate the professionalism and explanation Steve provided, and should we have future issues with our home appliances, they will certainly be the first we call."

"2 different repairs as they failed a few months apart. Similar positive experience with both. The first tech diagnosed the failed motor within a few minutes which honestly surprised me, until he took the time to verbally and physically break down the dryer explaining each piece and the symptom if it had been that piece had been the problem .. should have just trusted the 30yrs exp. The washer was a royal pain, it was leaking but nearly impossible to find where. The tech came out and tried multiple methods but it would leak. He gave us his number and asked to be called the moment we saw new water in the pan .. he is here in 15mins of the call and NOW the leak was obvious .. really odd washer but very impressed the the knowledge and service focused attitude of the tech. In the end both units would have cost more to repair then replace and Turner provided a detailed estimate allowing me to submit it to my Costco CCard for re-reimbursement. While I will never by Samsung appliances again as both failed within 2 yrs. I will continue to call Turner with an appliance issues."

He had all the parts he needed on his truck to make the repair and within 10 minutes he was done and out the door. So worth the money! "Roland is great to work with. I've recommended him to others. He will work on any project until it is done right. He's very dependable and trustworthy. The bathroom turned out just as we wanted. Roland put bracing in the walls and installed grab bars (and a hanging shower seat) as we agreed. All bath fixtures were properly installed. The wall/floor grout and tile are just what we wanted with a nice wall niche for bottle storage. My mom calls it her luxury apartment now that she's moved in. Roland even pushed snow off our driveway with his blade one day when it snowed unexpectedly while he was here working. He really was a pleasure to work with."
