"Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again."

He said he had to reconnect a couple of wires and replace the thermocouple. Even after he left the third time, the pilot light kept going out, so I hired a different company to come out to check it out. They said the gas valve was broken, so I ended up purchasing a new furnace with them."

The painters also replaced rotted wood in numerous places, and completely re-screened the back porch, and installed two brand new screen doors in that back porch. When we added a 4th color, there was no extra charge. The 2-person paint crew (Gabriele and his brother) were very professional and knowledgable, not to mention skillful in painting. Two coats everywhere, and it looks spectacular. My only negative comment is communication between the painters and the home office was sometimes not as good as it could be, but that was a minor issue."
