"They were right on time, didn't waste any time, got the job done efficiently, cleaned up the area, and they were off to their next job. Despite having underestimated the thickness of the concrete, I thought it was 3" to 4" thick; it was turned out to be 6" to 8" thick, something that didn't bother them and they stuck to our agreement.
