"This was my first time hiring a house cleaner and we needed a deep clean of our house. I found them through a local mom group on social media and they had a free walkthrough estimate. They were able to quickly schedule a walkthrough the same week that I called them (I think 2-3 days later) and after they sent me their quote, we were able to book them to come back the following week. We were overdue for a really good cleaning- we try to do the best we can but with full time jobs (and a toddler that literally won’t leave your side without a meltdown) it’s hard to get a good clean done short of just straightening things and putting them away. Andre and Ellen (husband and wife duo) did an AMAZING job- they cleaned our master bathroom and bedroom, our older kid’s bathroom, our living room (even got under the couch cushions and behind the couches!- they found some lost water bottles and a few wandering baby items ?), and our kitchen/dining room (these were the areas I requested for this initial clean). They cleaned the inside of our oven (I wish I could attach before/after photos because it was embarrassingly messy) and they got all the windows in the aforementioned rooms, blinds, baseboards, doorframes. They steam cleaned our shower (the grime and soap scum build up was difficult to get out but they did a stellar job of what they could get out- will most likely need a follow-up visit). They mopped and vacuumed where appropriate. What I enjoyed most was the DETAILS: they took the time to straighten things out on counters- they even cleaned the charger base of our electric toothbrushes ?. They folded our towels and arranged them on our master bed which made it seem like hotel service! All of this with a non-judgmental persona, all smiles, and tender care like it’s their own home. I was blown away by the end result and cannot wait to start booking them for regular cleanings! Five stars for this company!"

"Overall, I was satisfied with the results, and I contacted and booked them to come back and do some additional cleaning in the Sanctuary. I contacted Speedy Solutions, after you gave me the info. I booked them to come out on Wednesday, 2026Mar25. They sent me an agreement for $150 for 2 hours minimum. And said the oven should take about 2 hours or the technician would decide if it would take longer before they start. They sent me an authorization form, for my permission to allow them to charge, $154.50 in advance, to my credit card that they had on file. However: they did not show up on Wednesday, as I waited for them. So after 30 minutes, I called and they said the technician had some issues and maybe we can schedule for tomorrow, 2026Mar26. Thursday morning, the technican arrived 30 min early and after I arrived at we enter the Church about 11:45am, we walked around in the kitchen and took pictures. I asked her do you see anything else that needs clean, and she said, its pretty clean. I then left the Kitchen and when to practise in the Santuary. Then I received a call from another technician who said they were outside. And I told them that another technician is already here, but I will come out side to meet her. When we entered the kitchen, the other first technician was not there and had gone to buy additional supplies. When she arrived, they called the office to explain the double booking of tech's. The tech's were told that they could divide and concur and finish quicker. I asked is it going to cost me more money and they both said it shouldn't. At 1:50 pm, I returned to the Kitchen, where I saw the first tech sweeping the floor and the second tech texting on her phone. The oven cleaned and I was very pleased. They did a nice job. And I thanked them. They sent me a final receipt. I then called them to book them to do some additional work for us in the Sanctuary. A couple of days later, I checked my Credit card statement, and noticed and additional $328.57 charged to me from Speedyclean at 2:30am on 2026Mar26. The next day I called Speedyclean and inquired about the additional charges. They told me that there were 2 techs on the job and it took 2 hours. I told them that I asked on site, would it cost more money and they said no. I also asked, why didn't they notifiy me and send another agreement about the new charges, they said they discussed it with the management and will give me and hour credit on my next job. After I reviewed my credit card statment again, I saw that they have taken the original $154.50 plus another $328.57 = $483.07 or ($483/$75) = 6.44 hrs. If they couldn't finish the job in 2 hrs, why didn't they call, text or email me in advance or in progress. They arrived an 12:45 pm and left at 2:00 pm which is 2 hr and 15 min., not 6.44 hour. If they were trying to do the right thing, they could have at least , returned the $154.50 dollars. I was all set to give these guys 5 stars. I never liked paying for a job before it done. But I blindly trusted these guys. Please make this right for my Church."
