They took down all the vent covers and made them look new as well while also disinfecting everything. "Isaiah just finished cleaning our almost 1000 sq ft white oak wood floor. Because the floor has open grain and is lacquered, not polyurethaned, seven years of grime had accumulated in the open grain. Isaiah came to the house once and together we recognized that the standard method of cleaning the floor with a floor buffer would not work. He consulted with the home office, and we rescheduled another attempt a week later. He brought a different machine, one that had revolving brushed that would get into the grain. We tested it in a small area and after determining that it would work, he then cleaned to floor in question. Isaiah did a great job. He moved the furniture that needed to be moved, left the room clean and neat. He was prompt and very profesional . We will definately use First Coast Home Pros and Isaiah again, just not wait seven years to get the floor deep cleaned."

"I hope I can get across to people on why they should use Complete Air Systems. I thought I needed to replace my A/C system because my unit was pretty old and making bad noises. Don the owner came out and explained his different products (14 seer vs 16 seer etc) We talked cost and I was pleased with his estimate. We went outside and Don examined my unit and he told me my unit was 20 yes old but was a better built unit than today’s products. Don grabbed a wrench, tightened some screws and nuts and my unit was working smoothly. Instead of trying to pressure me into buying a new A/C system he recommended keeping my older unit (after we compared my current electric bill to the money I would save with a new unit) Don’s honesty was very refreshing. When I asked him what I owed him he said “No Charge “ This is a smaller company than most but you “HAVE” to call them first before you go to the big named ones! Trust me on this! And I’m a guy that rarely submits reviews!!!"

"This is a catch up review for this company:  They installed a new Lennox heat pump (air handler and compressor) in May 2013.  Air Engineers had been servicing my old unit; after 11 years and several repairs, I decided not to risk another summer with it.  Troy Howell, who impressed me as very knowlegeable and professional, gave me a complete explanation of the required work to be done and a satisfactory estimate of the cost. I decided to have them install a new unit. <br /> The technicians showed up promptly on the scheduled day, and performed great work.  The only glitch was when the electricians contracted to upgrade the breaker box did not show. There was never a satisfactory explanation for that, but they came the following day. <br /> The new unit worked well, until a day in January 2014, when it suddenly quit.  A technician came the next day, and determined that, during installation, some wires were damaged and eventually caused a short circuit.  He said this is a not uncommon situation, due to the tight spaces the wires are installed in.  I believe that could be the case.  Of course, the repair was done with no cost to me. <br /> This latest service call (March 21) was to do regular maintenance on the unit.  The technician was prompt, and professional as they all have been. <br /> Overall, I like Air Engineers and the services they provide, glitches not withstanding. I believe they provide good service for a reasonable price. <br />"

"I called around and had several estimates from other A/C companies. By far Air Source America out shined them all, from the moment Jason the sales consultant came out and walked me through what was the best option(s) for me.   <br /> The proposal he presented was very professional and the whole process was innovative in comparison to the other companies. Jason asked a series of questions that led to an awesome A/C system that was customized to the needs of my household.  I have a child who suffers from mild asthma, He recommended an air purification called the "Air Knight", in addition he recommended a service maintenance agreement to ensure the system was cleaned twice a year and was working at its best. Ever since then my daughter has had substantially less occurrences with her asthma. <br /> The A/C technicians came out promptly at the appointment time.  They were clean professional crew.  They took care from the moment they walked in the door by wearing shoe covers (that was impressive), they confirmed all the work to be performed and quickly started setting up by placing drop clothes in my home.  The technicians were very courteous and professional during the entire process (which was done earlier than the time they had promised ? again very impressive). When they were done they cleaned up and thanked me for allowing them to perform the service at my home.  I went around the house to see how well they did on the cleanup.  It was as if they were never there!   I was followed up by Jason that evening and asked if all went well and if I had any question not to hesitate to call him.  He followed up a couple weeks again to see how my daughter was doing and if the ?Air Knight? was doing its job.  Again I was impressed. In today?s market it?s not always about who has the best price, for me it?s about service, the service provided from start to finish and follow up was nothing but stellar!!!  <br /> I  hope this review helps anyone in the market looking for a A/C company that is going to take care of them, I would highly recommend Air Source America to whomever needs A/C work done.
