"I had to hire a local, appliance repair business who came to my house and reset the panel. He did not have to replace the latch ."

"I had a dishwasher installed. Great communication, did the job exactly as it should be doneâ ¦with care and knowledge, and they were pleasant, respectful of the home and to the customer. I will definitely use them again for other appliance installations!"

"Tyson Good was professional and prompt in responding to my inquiry about my clothes dryer, which was not heating up. He called me immediately on a Sunday afternoon and we scheduled an appointment the next day, Labor Day. He also quoted his rates over the phone so I was aware of it. The next day he called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. Upon removing the dryer cover, Tyson was able to identify the issue and replaced the fuse within less than a half-hour. Additionally, if I had further questions about any of my other appliances he offered to troubleshoot at no charge and provided a quote, since he was already there, saving me a future $80 service call. The dryer is working again, and I would recommend Tyson for home appliance repair. Thank you!"

"The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and absolutely very nice. Due to the refrigerator's age and extensive damage, their experience and professional opinion are that the refrigerator needs to be replaced, and that's exactly what we'll do. Thank you for coming to our rescue. We will definitely recommend this company to everyone!"

"Great! He came and was able to fix our dishwasher.. and troubleshoot and fixed a clogged line which was a secondary problem. He worked well and did not get frustrated when first thing he tried didn't completely fix it. Obviously VERY knowledgeable about dishwasher repairs."

"Not a bad job. I did find screws on the floor, not sure if they were to be installed or not."

"I was told I needed to replace my sliding door, this company helped me saving thousands and it glides like new once again"

"Unfortunately, because Jason didn't do any repair work, the money we paid to Angie's List was wasted since it didn't include the service charge. We had to pay the full show-up cost only to learn it wasn't worth repairing the appliance. Jason was entirely professional and courteous, and we would not hesitate to call him for future issues. We will also be more careful about reading the fine print on future Angie's List Big Deals!
