RMR was the first contractor who provided a detailed explanation of what work was to be completed, time estimate, cost and how payment was to be made. It was a contract signed by myself and the owner, Wayne. A copy of the insurance certificate was provided without my having to ask for it. The work was performed in a timely manner. All work was based around my schedule not the contractors schedule. The basement was cleared of all areas affected by mold. The area was completely cleaned of any and all debris related to the job.
