"I cannot say enough about my Awesome experience with Zero Mold. From the FREE & and ACCURATE estimate! To the VERY kind, on time and friendly service. This company deserves 10/5 stars in all honesty. We had been experiencing a number of health issues that prompted us to look into getting an Air Quality test. We put in a request on Home Advisor and Taylor with ZeroMold was the first to call within minutes. A couple simple questions he asked about what we were experiencing and within 10min from the time I placed the request on Home Advisor we were booked and scheduled for an estimate appointment. The estimate day comes, we get a courtesy call letting us know his ETA, he arrives, very professional and very knowledgeable about mold and toxic material in general but he was also very serious about how severe the issue we were having was. My wife and I were truly unaware of just how bad and toxic the air we and our dog were breathing. Taylor gave what I would call scientific facts about the effects of mold along with the why and how this was urgent for us to fix regardless of if we chose Zero Mold or not he Genuinely cared about our welfare. Now to the good part. The day comes for the fumigation to take place. Again we got a courtesy call about 30min ahead letting us know his ETA. We arrived to let him in so that he could begin remediation. The process took about 2.5-3hrs from the time I left him at the house to the time I got his call stating that he was finished. A few hrs later upon returning to the house I was able to tell an immediate difference in my breathing when I stepped inside, the air not only had a clean smell to it but to my Lungs it felt better! I felt like I was finally breathing fresh air. I went to the main troubled areas we had most of the mold and where it was most difficult to breatheâ ¦I was able to breathe without any restriction/heaviness/stuffiness or any of the other breathing issues we were having prior. THIS IS A DIFFERENT HOUSE THAN IT WAS Just 24hrs AGO! Do not let the Free Estimate and Low Price fool you into thinking youâ  re not getting quality service! This is Legit good work here. It should also be noted that not 1 single wall had to be cut open, not 1 additional contractor had to be called and no additional construction costs were needed, just the ZeroMold service itself. ZeroMold knows what they are doing and the technician Taylor who did our service went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I have had professional cleaning services come and clean my home/office/job sites who are double the price but donâ  t do half as thorough of a job as this company did. Simply put I got more than I paid for and I can guarantee that anyone I know or meet that mentions Mold problems to me in the future will be getting ZeroMold contact info. Phenomenal Job! "The mold that was found was cladosporium. I had alerted the company that I have over 100 plants in my home and it is a small home. Aside from Humidity being mentioned- which humidity is high, Nothing was mentioned that this type of mold is common to be found on and in plant matter and soil and aside from getting the growth on the wall that was found treated- the plants in my home would be the cause therefore treatment alone would likely not solve the issue. I had to get this information from another contact. The testing itself and the results were completed in a timely fashion, and I would very much likely use them again to inspect my home- because they were able to identify and tell me what the mold was even if unable or unwilling to make the connection to the setup of my home :)"

"I had significant water intrusion into my garage and a bathroom, which is underneath my kitchen, during the tropical storm last fall. There had also been some previous water damage as well. I used Angie's list deal to get mold testing done. Aaron showed up at the scheduled time and completed the testing. In a few days, he sent me the results of the testing and a quote on remediation. Fortunately the mold was minor,, however the damage was still significant so I contracted to fix the damage. The work took about three days. They used vapor barrier and fans to keep the air contained in the garage as they removed the drywall and insulation, treated the mold that they found. They replaced the insulation and put up new drywall using quality materials. Overall, the work went smooth. The workers were timely, professional and took good care of my home."

"I had mold growing under my house that was causing wood destruction and odor in the living areas. Several companies wanted to use other methods to remedy the situation. I did some research and found out that crawlspace encapsulation is the ONLY remedy. I had two other companies give me estimates on the work needed. One was higher than Bales, and one was much lower in price. All three wanted to use different methods to complete the job. Anthony, from Bales, came out and gave me a clear and concise evaluation of what was happening and what it would take to fix it. This was after I had two other companies come out and tried to pressure me to sign for repair right then. Bales, not only did not pressure me, but rather told me to think about it and let them know what I decide. They had several different options to try and fit my budget. I was extremely impressed by the presentation. Also, they gave me a book called "Crawlspace Science". It was VERY informative. They offered me a package deal at a reasonable cost. They started and finished on-schedule. While working under the house, one of their workers inadvertently knock my dryer's vent hose loose. It was a easy accident as I had that thing virtually wedged in there. I've knock it loose myself. Anyway, I called Anthony and he came out on his day off and fixed it for me. Again, I was impressed. I did my homework, and Bales was telling me mostly what I had been reading about the Clean Space encapsulation method and material, except for one very important thing (for me), they used foam spray on the foundation walls, effectively super-insulating the crawlspace from ALL the outside elements. Immediately I noticed the temperature of the hard wood floors begin to warm, which made my heating unit run less, and my feet felt warmer too ! They also removed the insulation from crawlspace side of my floors and sprayed to kill all the mold. None of the other companies spoke about doing this. They said they would leave the insulation up and the mold would die when the crawlspace humidity was controlled. Wrong. They might hibernate, but they don't go away either. If you Dehumidifier went out, the mold would begin to grow again. Anyway, Bales did a good job. I have a few minor issues with them, but much less than anyone else who ever did major work on my house. I am sure their method is the BEST method for crawlspace encapsulation, I've done A LOT of research, but using that foam is saving me more money than it takes to run the Dehumidifier under the house. If you are having mold issues, I would give them a call !"
