"Absolutely incredible. My wife and I were so stressed out about not being able to afford mold cleaning on our house, but Brad showed up and was so kind and got us set up with a unit and a payment plan that was in our budget. He was compassionate and worked with us to make sure we got the best services that we could afford. Will absolutely be recommending him more!"

"Unbiased, prompt, knowledgeable and an overall pleasant experience for a not so pleasant scenario. Would recommend to anybody even thinking about a mold inspection and testing."

"They were very professional, knew what they are doing and did the job in a timely manner. They cleaned after they were done and took the moldy/toxic trash with them. They were very nice and friendly too. I strongly recommend this company."

"I was referred to American Water Damage by a plumber with another company who came to my home to service a major water leak. American Water Damage has just begun the process, but so far I have been having a pleasant experience. The office personnel was very friendly and went above and beyond to schedule my appointment that same day. Jeff, project manager, came out a couple of hours later for the free consultation. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and showed great concern for my issue. A day later, Walter, remediation technician, came to assess the damage and met with my insurance adjuster. I was very impressed with both of their knowledge, concern and thoroughness. Walter assured me that his team could start the mitigation process the next day, and he was a man of his word. His fantastic team, Malik, Anavie and Joey, arrived at my home early that next morning. The minute they entered my home, they went to work. Malik, the lead, assessed the situation, explained to me what the team was going to do, and instructed Anavie and Joey where to start. They worked diligently for hours only taking a few minutes for lunch. All of them were friendly, professional, thorough and hard working. From what I can tell, they did excellent work in demolishing and treating the disaster area. They also cleaned up the area to perfection. We are only on phase one of my process, and I am extremely satisfied thus far, especially with water mitigation. My fingers are crossed that the repair process will go as smoothly. If so, I will be writing another awesome review to recommend this company. Keep up the great work and may God continue to bless your establishment!"

"Travis arrived on time and worked very efficiently on the mold remediation as well as cleaning all the air ducts. The disruption was minimal and they finished early. Without question I would recommend Travis and Green Home Solutions."

"Well informed, prompt, kind. I would recommend him to anyone needing a mold assessment and treatment plan."

"Great communication and super knowledgable. I'll be reaching out again for any future asbestos/mold issues!"

"Service was professional and well done. Removed several spits from carpet with ease. They probably cleaned more than I paid for. Was very willing to exchange a "hallway" for a room."

"911 Restoration provided quality work at a great price. Joe called us back and responded quickly after another company refused to even follow up because insurance wasn't involved. Joe started the project right away and worked on our time frame. He also went out of his way to ensure we paid a fair price. I definitely recommend his company for your repair and restoration needs!"

"With the recent snow melt and the rain we are having this may be a timely recommendation. I hope you don’t have this need, but if you do I would like to recommend Master Service Company. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point. Again I hope you don’t have the need, but if you do give Mr. Jeff Russell at Master Service a call. Contact: Jeff Russell 317-720-3288."
