"We had a really good experience.  The crew worked very hard, and did everything we asked.  When some unexpected things come up in regards to replacing a skylight, we improvised and came up with a great solution.  My husband climbed up on the roof to inspect the job, and the crew fixed everything he wanted changed.  When they left, they took every single scrap of trash with them.  Over the last year I have found 2 or 3 roofing tacks they missed, and we have almost 4000 sq. feet of roof. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
