"When they showed up to install, the product they had was white, but what we ordered was black. They had already pulled out our old counter tops before they brought in the first piece, but when they realized the mistake, they were just going to leave us with no counter tops. My husband insisted they leave us with the white until they could get the new black counters made and they did. Several weeks later, they showed up with the black product but the measurement was wrong on one piece and they had to go back and recut it. During this whole process, we had the MOST difficult time getting answers and I had to request information (price and pic) for the support pieces for the breakfast bar portion. There were scheduling errors, showing up at times and days when we had said we couldn't be there. Overall, the entire experience was exasperating. I would NEVER choose to do business with Granite Products, Inc. again."
