"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. "Awesome company!!! I have dealt with a lot of contractors, but none have come close the great service I received from SureGuard. It started with Dillon who asked lots of questions and presented options based on what we wanted--no pressure, listened well. Other vendors who came either were hurried or trashed other competitors more than presenting their. I started with just a roof replacement. The SureGuard team did an excellent job working into dark to be sure everything was done as promised. This resulted in a siding and gutter project. I did not even consider getting additional quotes, because SureGuard earned my trust. Dillan presented a design based on what the interior of our home looked like. We went with a grey/white siding with cedar panels in red on the gables and a black/white/grey stone bottom half--BEAUTIFUL! John and Ryan made an awesome team. They are both friendly, courteous, and take great pride in the work they do. They would take out the time to explain exactly what they were working on and were patient to answer any questions. They were great with my dogs (one of my dogs still runs around the house looking for John!). The owner, Tony Saferian, came out almost daily to check on progress, answer questions and keep me aware of where they were at in the project. Tony is meticulous! He made it very clear that he expects to have the same quality of work done as though it was on his own home. I had some big additional items I requested during the project. Usually, a contractor would say they would do it later, but Tony and his team completed these changes. They wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied when the job was done. My wife and I were completely satisfied and expectations were exceeded. When you invest in your home make sure you invest in a good contractor. SureGuard is the best out there by far."
