"They were excellent. Dug the foundation, set the cinder blocks, poured the concrete. Built it up from there. Put on the 10x12 addition with 3 windows, 8 electrical outlets, Pergo floor, painting and finishing molding. The owner as well as every one of the crew were respectful and dedicated to doing the job 100%. Even the siding matches! They put up new rain gutters and a new roof over the addition as well. They will come back once the ground thaws after winter to do the landscaping which was included in the price.  We will have them back next year to do some remodeling in the house. "The work went very well.  We had a few rain delays, but that could not be helped.  Also we were coordinating other work with another contractor (see R and R Concrete) that sometimes caused delays. They showed up when expected, excavated one side of the house and dug holes on the other (walk out basement) for the piers.  When finished the yard was repaired as good as could be expected for St Louis summer. I have a little work to do on it now that it has cooled off. I had to have cracks repaired inside and concrete work done on the outside.  The people they recommended did wonderful work. <br />"

"The concrete and the sidewalk look fine. I didn't realize when he gave me the estimate that it was just to pour the concrete. He didn't finish the work around where he poured. I now have to hire someone to do the work around where he poured the concrete. I asked him if he was going to put dirt around the concrete and he told me he didn't do that. He told me that he doesn't do any landscaping and he told me to look on my estimate and I would see that landscaping wasn't included. It was in very tiny letters at the bottom of the estimate, so I felt like I got took. Now I have to get someone else to do the landscaping part of it because I'm handicapped and can't do it myself. I think he should have finished the job right. I had red bricks around the sidewalk and he told me he would put those back in. He just set them in there and didn't even finish that right. He gave me the estimate and told me he could come in and get it all done in a day. He came the 15th to tell me he would be here the 16th. He came the next day to remove the old concrete and only worked for four hours. He didn't even show up the next day at all. He finally came the next day to pour the concrete. The concrete itself looks alright, but it would have looked better if he would have done the dirt work around it. He came right away to give me the estimate. I would not use him again."
