"Did a wonderful job on replacing the gutter. Price was great, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and all looked wonderful. Highly recommend"

"Overall a good job. They were able to finish in a day plus a a couple hours the next morning. They look nice but there are a few areas where the gutters are not level, tilted, or gaps. Cutting and angles on a few were a little messy and not seamless. I?m happ with the gutter covers, but again a few area where the covers are not uniform in their transition from one to another and shingles are lifted. Plan to call back and have a few things fixed."

"Mr. Cook responded promptly to my request for an estimate on my roofing job. He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."

"Sales process was seamless and professional. Multiple follow-ups were courteous. Free Gutter Cleaning offered to close the deal. Extra $100 off from ValPak coupon included in proposal. Price was competitively lower than other vendors, but the some of the difference made up in extra charges for flashing added at time of install. This was stated ahead of time in the contract as a potential extra, but other vendors just include the flashing as standard. If you have roof heating cables in place that you want put back correctly after installation, either supervise directly or do it yourself post installation. I’ll have to redo our heating cables as they weren’t repositioned correctly. The install crew was pleasant and finished cleanup by 3:30pm and vanished without a word. They only missed a few scraps of aluminum which our dog promptly found so definitely do a secondary cleanup after they leave."

"We are still working with Luis from One Time Construction to finalize the restoration of our historic home. Whether you have a job big or small Luis is the man for the job. We hired him to remove rotted wood gutters and install new seamless gutters. This project has snowballed into needing all rafters tails replaced and all fascia boards replaced, many parts of the soffit as well. Luis has been fantastic to work with, always finding the right solution. From adding continuous soffit venting and custom molding below the gutters to keep the architectural details of the house intact and to bring our home into the 21st century. Luis has also made custom moldings on the spot to replace areas of trim that had been damaged to age, weathering and rot. He has gained our trust completely to the point we decided to hire him to do our garage roof as well. He offered to add some beautiful touches to the roof with copper valleys and ridges to deter future moss growth. One Time Contruction 👍🏽"

"well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."

"Luis was on time, every time...............located and repaired holes in roof that others were not able to find for 3 years. Polite. All around great team. Great work.........also installed rubber roof on back of house. I would DEFINITELY recommend him, and hire him, again. 100% satisfied. Reasonable pricing........The team cleaned up better than they found the yard. Hugely satisfied."
