"I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

I spent quite a bit of time interviewing and getting quotes for a major 2 story deck project for my house which included some intense structural improvements to my house as well, since some of the existing columns where in tough shape. "I had Construction do the siding on my house. It was a nightmare as soon as it started they disappeared for weeks at a time leaving my house, exposed to the elements and causing water damage on the interior. When the job was done it looks great, however it seem to leak every time it rained and random places all around the house After several service calls of them coming out and trying to stop the issue with tubes of caulking I called another contractor who informed me they sold me really great siding, but installed it completely wrong which caused the leaks I have to have the siding reinstalled correctly. I would not recommend using this company for anything. They were overpriced service plus total crap and the job they did was extremely substandard. Don’t let them fool you with warranties and talk to them being the best because they will show up, but they’re not gonna fix anything."
