"Bought a studio condo that needed a lot of work. So happy we found Joe / Pride Services via Angie's List. He totally lived up to the stellar reviews that many have left. He scheduled a review of the unit the day after we called him, was on time, and was extremely thorough in his review of the work to be done as well as the estimates provided. The work began a week later and could not be happier. He completed the following: 1. Patched and painted the ceilings and walls, as well as painted all the trim/base boards (multiple coats). 2. Installed a new vanity/sink/faucet/drain in the bathroom. 3. Installed new closet doors. 4. Installed new 2" blinds in all windows. 5. Painted metal backsplash behind the oven. 6. Installed new base boards in closets and bathroom. The unit looks fantastic and the work was done on schedule. We will definitely be using Joe / Pride Services again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Tito arrived early. Was kind and professional. He immediately got to work and wanted to try to see if he could fix the broken fan first, but when he could not, he got the old one out and new one installed in no time. Arrival to departure was an hour and twenty minutes. He was knowledgeable on how to do the replacement and was a trooper taking care of the replacement in the hot attic. We purchased the fan for the project and Tito was so helpful in advance helping us figure out how to measure the old unit so we could buy the correct replacement. Will absolutely have Tito back for more repairs and projects."

He helped me keep my costs down by offering practical solutions. Instead of replacing the old screen door, he recommended fixing it, which he did really nicely. When he rebuilt the closet space, he reinforced the plaster wall to ensure that the shelving and hanging bar will hold. He made sure the reinforcement will look seamless and nice. My tenants liked what he did. He applied chemical to remove the algae on my roof one part at a time and completed the work over a week as he said he would. He power-washed our exterior wall to remove moss that grew on it and repainted the garage door. He and his partner, Claudia, and their crew cleaned our windows inside and out, all 25 of them. They did a good job!"
