She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in this process of helping me make my bathtub into a shower due to my disability. "The design of our fence is unique and original due to Hal's artistry. We get lots of compliments on the looks and craftsmanship of the fence. Hal was good to work with. He was patient with us even though we changed our minds a couple of times during the process. He really wanted to be sure we were satisfied. He got the job done on time and everything was as expected. He checked back in with us later in the summer. There were a couple of decorative boards that had warped on the fence and he promplty replaced them. We liked working with Hal because of the personal touch he gave. You don't get that with the big companies, and our dogs love him too."

"The doors one was great the second he had to come back to fix. As there was a gap in between the door and where it met the frame and he originally didn't add the door jam. The hot tub work was great but it cost $300 more than originally quoted. To be fair it was bc he installed a gfi outlet he didn't originally quote. Plus he was supposed to show up at 11a and didn't and then said he was on his way and would be there at 245p and I said I had an errand so in an hour would work so he went home and charged me $30 for trip cancellation."
