"Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

"Carlos arrived on-time. When I had initially inquired about replacing the toilet, he wanted to inspect the toilet first. After removing the toilet, he noticed the O-ring required replacement. Luckily, he had one off-hand. Upon replacing the O-ring and putting the toilet back, the toilet had no leaks. When I offered rags and a trash bag, Carlos took the trouble to wipe everything up. (Of course, I had to sanitize the bathroom after he left.) He even came out on his wife's birthday! He provided a 10% Angie's List discount. I believe his pricing was fair and perhaps more competitive than the "big name" companies out there. I'd definitely recommend him."

The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. He got it fixed in time for Holiday Entertaining and did it with a smile and a "Merry Christmas".
