Crew & project manager was friendly and professional, and they provided a good overview of the job and how the company may differ from other companies in regard to the preparation, staff assignment, and paint quality. Their estimate was slightly higher than my middle estimate but these areas mentioned earlier helped me in my decision. Plus to all they provided me with an estimate in a timely manner whereas several other companies either never provided their estimate or it came much later than discussed. There were two contractors I felt comfortable with and confident that the result would be good. (Fingers crossed). For some reason I felt Scott would be someone I felt comfortable with and could work with. They removed my 20+ year old deck and spent 2 days shoring up the superstructure, leveling, measuring, etc. , and came up with some options of how best to install a new trex deck and not waste boards. From then on the work, the effort to complete the job, the willingness to communicate was what I hoped for. The result was great.
