I checked several company reviews and was concerned by some of the company reviews where customers purchased coupons on Groupon or Amazon only to be disappointed when they found the location closed for their appointment time or poor service. After all the research I felt the products MTS used were of a high quality. After a bit of a delay in responding to my email request for a quote, they quoted $200 and said they would give me $25 off because of their delay in responding. I scheduled an appt. for Saturday and found that the quoted price was for the lower end product. For an additional $25 I was able to get the better product. It took them about three hours to complete. It looked great, but when I drove off the lot, I found several of my electronics stopped working. By the time I got home they were all working again and the car looks great! <br />"

"Kevin R is awesome. Laid back but professional. Always punctual and responsive. Very helpful in helping me pick materials, and has a good eye. Also, gave me a suggestion for front garage windows that was cost effective. The installation was painless and quick. One of the shades had a piece broken by the manufacturer, but he had known that and had a replacement ordered before he came to the house. Took a short while to get the replacement. Then, he came over and reinstalled that particular shade.  <br /> Great guy. Great service and quality products.  <br /> <br />"

I am a very picky person when it comes to my car. That is why I only trust the dealership to work on my car. "everything was good, tech was (Arron) but then needed follow up to measure flue and order spark arrestor, and install. I needed to provide custom path on lightweight cement tiles. when I got that done, measured chiminy flue, central admin called me back and said would get back t.o me. never did. that was a couple or three months ago.
