"Will say this Mark and his crew deserve the highest regards for the work they did. The deck and porch look like a work of art. Mark DELIVERED and explained everything from price, timeline, and design. Mark was in constant communication with us from start to finish and had this project wrapped up in a week even with bad weather for three of the days. Want to also shout out to his crew, they are a great group of builders that work hard and show pride in their workmanship. I have no problem telling anyone who has a deck that needs to be built to call Mark and no one else."

""I recently had my porch and deck maintained by Burkes Property Improvement , and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was incredibly professional, arriving on time and fully equipped with everything needed for the job. They were meticulous in their work, ensuring every nook and cranny was cleaned and restored to perfection. The quality of their craftsmanship really stood out, and they used high-quality materials that have significantly improved the look and durability of my deck. I highly recommend burkes property improvement for anyone looking to enhance the beauty and longevity of their outdoor spaces. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly top-notch!""

"The men of MWR did a fantastic job on my master bath remodel. I had started the job myself 2 years ago but lost the physical ability to complete it after just doing the demo of the old shower. tub, and tile floor. MWR was actually willing to come in and complete the job for my wife and I. Many contractors will not do that for you. I wanted a high end steam shower kit installed and they did that as will as a new vanity with marble top. They removed and sided over an existing window and added a new window where we wanted one. They also added seamless vinyl flooring that my wife and I prefer over tile or wood. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work. So much so they are rebuilding our back deck and re-siding our home."

"Miguel served as a project manager. I was happy with my experience in scheduling the work. There was a minor issue with the work but Miguel made sure it was corrected to our satisfaction."

"Wilfredo is a very professional artist! He knows exactly what needs to be done at every turn. We started out with a rail replacement, and he noted the dangerous situation we had under our deck. He was calm and understanding, and offered many choices of solutions. He built a very strong and beautiful replacement. He even made it wider with more concrete footings. He also added several (22) bolts through the fascia and into the house (finished basement, that he had to cut into the ceiling to repair…can’t even tell it was done from inside! Dry wall and painted!) We are excited to use this for years to come!"

"Tim is absolutely the best! His work is perfect. He remodeled 2 bathrooms along with a porch. These were the most stress free projects by far we have ever experienced. Great communication, respectful, cleanliness, value and very professional. So easy to work with. We are so happy with the work! Absolutely would recommend him."

"Great company I can rely on. I had such a good experience with him. He is a great communicator and professional. I highly recommend this company for staining your deck."

"He did a fantastic job re-screening my back porch, installing a latch for the door, and as a side job repairing my couch. Tristen and his crew are honest, hard-working, and reasonable. You cannot find better workers to build or repair your home. I would not have anybody else to do my work."
