I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. "I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

"Artistic Construction (AC) completed two relatively small bathroom remodels. In one bathroom, the shower door was replaced with a frameless Euro-Style glass door. The shower door opening was not perfectly square, but AC was able to get the right custom measurements so that the door would fit. The door looks great! In another bathroom, AC replaced a shallow bath tub with a deeper soaking tub. They were able to match the existing ceramic tile and replaced all the plumbing and electrical fixtures. The bathroom looks brand new!"

"Zef was able to start my project sooner than expected and gave me a timetable of how long the entire project would take. All the workers I had contact with were very polite and explained what they were doing that day. Each day the area was cleaned up as much as possible due to the nature of the project some items couldn't be cleared away but nothing was ever a hazard. My basement bathroom was completed several days early but the job wasn't rushed and I am totally satisfied with how everything turned out. Very professional I'd use this company again without hesitation."
