"Zach and his crew were amazing! Our old water heater sprung a massive leak at 2:00am on a Saturday morning. Contacted Zach at 7:30am and he called right back and was here within the hour. Not only did we replace our water heater with a tankless model, but also moved it from the second floor to garage. Zach did all of this on a Saturday for a flat fee!! "There was minor scheduling mishap where the scheduler put the wrong date on their calendar, but when I called to ask where the plumber was, they immediately worked to get a plumber to my house within 20 minutes. Ammon arrived and was very friendly and competent. I pointed him to the area where I had seen water and he jumped in to locate the source. After a bit of inspection he identified a leaky valve on my sink. He extended the copper water pipes and replaced the leaky valve after explaining to both my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing. After he resolved the problem, he gave us his direct number and told us to call him if we saw any more water. After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely hire Drain Pro again and I would certainly request Ammon."

The previous owners of the house installed the old water heater poorly. These guys not only replaced the water heater, but fixed all the piping and attachments as well. "Carlos from Harts came out to do an estimate on a bath remodel. Set a new tub, faucet, shower head and supply lines. Also, replace an outdoor faucet. However he took the time to go though the entire home's plumbing system! Including the crawl space. Pointed out condition issues, possible issues that may come up later. I have a much better understanding of the home's plumbing system!! He answered questions and was professional, excellent experience!!"

"Within 24 hours both our hot water heater and the main water line to our house started leaking. Not only was RossCo Pipefitters the first company able to come onsite to give us a bid but they were also the lowest bid of the four companies we solicited quotes from and the friendliest. Of all the companies we spoke with Richie was the most thorough in explaining the situation and the work he and his team would do and was very patient when answering all our questions. Richie and his team did a great job from start to finish – they were communicative, on time, efficient, and did quality work. I especially want to call out their great work of replacing our main line. They were very contentious of our garden when digging up the main line to replace it in the front yard and did a great job filling in the hole afterwards. We’ll be calling RossCo Pipefitters in the fall when we remodel our kitchen and in a few years when we need to repipe the galvanized pipes under the house.
