Charles and his crew went to work on the install as soon as the parts arrived and completed the work as promised. When a problem came up, the AC crew was right here is complete the fix. "The process went well. There was a small hiccup in scheduling the vist to my property in order for Duke to prepare a job estimate, but the issue was quickly resolved. Duke came by and inspected the existing fence with me. I pointed out the problem. He suggested steel pipes placed into concrete and then the pressure treated posts to be installed over the steel pipe, thus keeping the wood away from the ground and the water. The existing fence panels could be reused. He said that the work could start in about a week and would take only one day. I received his bid and the bids from two other Angie List companies. All the bids were comperable, but with the scope of work as suggested by Duke, his bid was actually less than the others. I agreed to his bid and he later called with a date and time that the crew would arrive to do the work. The crew arrived a little early, but as I was home that was fine. They then removed the panels, extracted the posts, prepared new postholes, fixed the new posts, with the steel pipe, into the holes, prepared concrete in the holes and supported the posts unitl the concrete set. The old fence panels were then properly nailed back onto the new posts. The crew removed the old posts and cleaned the job site. They did have to deal with the existing landscaping and planting beds. There was not option to standing on some of the ground cover plants, but they were fairly careful and I did not notice any real damage to the plantings. I was very happy with the work done and have no complaints."

"SG&A's owner (Mike) bid the work.  We ended up selecting his firm primarily due to their experience and design capability (they were able to "show" us what the gate design would look like with a simulated "picture" prior to any work being performed).  SG&A fabricated the gate based upon the agreed design.  We also had Mike orchestrate all the rural King County permits, cable/power line markings, electrical contractors, and trench digging (for electrical conduit supply) to the electrical supply junction.  Duke and David were his primary employees and appeared to be diligent in their work. <br> <br>The completed gate was installed late April (about a 3 month process) and is working well.  They include a one year maintenance plan and will be out in six months for a service call to ensure all parts, components, and operational aspects are in strong working order. <br> <br>While SG&A was the most expensive bid, I definitely believe we got a high quality gate that will last for many years.  We strongly recommend SG&A for your security gate needs."

"They did an excellent job on both the repair and the replacement of our garage door opener.  The repair went well (very responsive and came out the next day after I called).  The garage door opener replacement took about 2 hours and all is well so far.  I may add that they were late for both appointments so take this into consideration when you use them.  Perhaps they should add more time between jobs and call if they think they will be late.  We plan to use them again for annual maintenance. <br />"
