The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. "Highlander sent a plumber to install my laundry tub pump and he did so in a timely manner. He had no idea of how my water softener system worked even though it was purchased from Highlander Plumbing. He suggested I call the manufacturer so I did. I was hoping for one serviceman to take care of both problems and could have if they would have sent Brian, the guy that installed it. Otherwise I was happy with the plumber and the pump installation"

"I discovered mold in the lower level of my house. Ron and Dan came out and surveyed the damaged areas. They recommend I get an air quality test, by a third party which I did. Once I got the results of the test, they gave me a detailed and thorough quote on remediation, of the mold and then reconstruction of the affected areas. The work was done by the owners Ron and Dan, and Ron's son Anthony. They were extremely thorough and detailed, took great care during the mold cleanup not to affect other areas of the house. They explained what was being done at each stage of the work and took great pride to make sure the work was being expertly done. After the remediation was completed we got together to discuss the rebuild phase, and took as much care with that as they did the remediation phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have this type of work done, or even just a remodel of your house, I knew I was in good hands with Ron and Dan, and the results proved it."

They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. Great customer service and they earned their money working in some frigid and snowy weather. I hope to never have another sewer backup, but if I do, I will call Clog Busters."

"It went great.  It was not an emergency issue.  I called them in an evening and they called me back the next morning and had someone out within the hour.  I had called about the mud (sewage) coming back up from a drain.  When they arrived I told them about the leaky faucet.  They agreed to fix the faucet while there.  They did it all fast and at a good price.  Will definitely use again for my plumbing needs."

"Jeff responded in a timely manor initially. Then he rescheduled. When he was at my home he made a lot of comments that confused me and seemed unnecessary, then he revoked them. He had a hard time keeping track of what I was asking for him to do, resulting in us going in and out of the house and back and forth. I had a bad feeling about the arrangement. He said he'd get in touch with me with a quote the next day and I never heard from him. Talking to him he seemed preoccupied and busy, so he probably forgot. With anyone else I would reach out to follow up for the quote, but I was not at all impressed with his professionalism."
