He could bypass the switch at no added cost or waiting for a replacement or he could order the switch. I decided to let him bypass the switch since no kids are operating the washer. He fixed it within a couple of minutes. Payment was very easy too as they had plenty of options for payment. I would definitely use this company again. I made sure to get a business card."
